Mind and Body Wellness
Mind and Body Wellness is a unique, trauma sensitive group program for all women that will help you better understand how stress and trauma affect your mind and body, with a focus on the body.
You will learn how simple tools like breathing and mindful movement can help calm your nervous system, and the group environment will give you the opportunity to learn from and feel more connected to yourself and others.
Mind and Body Wellness is a workbook-based program that meets weekly for 9 weeks. Each session is an hour and a half long. Participation in any part of the program is completely voluntary.

Dates and times of the groups vary, so feel free to contact me about when the next group begins. The cost of the group is $400 which includes all 9 sessions and your workbook.
